AMERACO is an acronym for the American Real Estate Acquisition Corporation. We are a national company dedicated to the acquisition and liquidation of distressed, foreclosed, and deferred maintenance properties in conjunction with our Network of Property Locators and Private Investors.

Founder and President Douglas A. Findley established this company over 17 years ago to train and equip everyday people to locate and profit from a wide variety of residential real estate, without having to utilize their own credit or personal resources to fund their transactions.

Douglas, a San Diego native, first specialized in the renovation and resale of large single-family estate homes in California. Over the past two decades, he has renovated over 50 million dollars of residential real estate in California, Florida, and the Caribbean. In the course of many profitable projects, his network of investor contacts continued to develop and eventually spread to every state in the country. Ameraco's Investor Network was born.
